About

The Bulletin of the Manifold Atlas is a fully refereed open-access scientific publication: It houses the refereed pages of the Manifold Atlas Project. In addition, there is a section of shorter definitions of important concepts in manifold theory. Definitions have been independently reviewed for their mathematical content.

The goal of the Bulletin is to cultivate a growing collection of up-to-date articles about manifolds and closely related subjects.

The criteria for Atlas pages to enter the Bulletin is that they are correct, clear and thorough. In particular, originality is not a pre-requisite for publication in the Bulletin.

For more information please see the editorial policy of the Manifold Atlas.

Interaction with the Manifold Atlas

Once published in the Bulletin, pages on the Manifold Atlas are free to evolve and develop: this process may lead to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc editions of an Atlas page which may each be published in the Bulletin.
